A 10-second first impression, what people think you offer, and whether they find the price.
What it answers: Whether the page explains what you offer and leads people to the price.

Enter how many people gave each answer.
95 % confidence interval: 5.0 – 6.0
SEQ adds to what you see in behaviour: people can complete a task and still find it hard. Those are the tasks worth simplifying before people start to leave.
With its fixed wording and scale, it can be compared across tasks, versions and tests.
The standardised wording Tack uses in English and Czech. Change it and the results stop being comparable.
SEQ = the mean of answers 1 to 7 (1 = very difficult, 7 = very easy).
The standard SEQ has a fixed polarity: 1 is very difficult, 7 very easy. That keeps results comparable with other tests. Tack never flips it.
You can, but then it is no longer the standard SEQ and the results cannot be compared with the bands or other tests. In the studio a reworded question stops counting as SEQ.
